The goal of this P27 role is to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience through inventory replenishment, merchandising, cleaning and efficient transaction processing at checkout points.

Requirement:
• Grade 12 or equivalent

main responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service to give you a great shopping experience.
– Help buyers find the goods and products they are looking for.
– Respond to customer requests / complaints
2. Cash functions
– Process cash and card payments
– Lay Bys process
– Process customer refunds
– Report deviations and problems to the supervisor
– Cash balance
3. Marketing
– Ensure that the stock is correctly assessed and displayed
– Ensure the availability of products in the sales area
– Interior cleaning
– Stay up to date with promotions.
4. Risk
– Make sure products are labeled according to company policy.
– Participation in inventories
– Be on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent activity and report any suspicious behavior to management
5. Consistently apply Ackermans values, policies and procedures in all aspects of their work.
