Road Traffic Management learnership Program (Learnership 2024/25)

Our intention is to promote representativeness (race, gender and disability) in the integration of young unemployed people in the said program.

Terms and conditions

12th year (registration certificate) / NCV L4 certificate,
South African Identity Card,
The age must be between 18 and 35 years old,
current driver’s license,
SAPS authorization certificate,
Recent medical report certificate showing that the candidate can do intense physical exercises,
Proof of residence from traditional authority or commune.

HOW TO APPLY

Applications must be submitted on the updated Z83 (application form), which must be duly completed, signed and dated.

Please note that it is mandatory to complete all fields of the prescribed Z83 form for the application to be considered.

If applicants use an incorrect application form (Z83) approved for use on or after January 1, 2023, applications will not be considered for selection (disqualification).

The job application for (Z83) is available from any national or provincial department and can be viewed on the DPSA website, www.dpsa.gov.za. The application form (Z83) must be accompanied by a complete and updated CV with at least the names of three (3) referees with their updated contact details. Original certified copies of all required qualifications, IDs and other documents. Failure to submit the requested documents will result in the rejection of the application.

● All grades will be reviewed. Holders of foreign qualifications must provide this department with a certificate of assessment from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

● Applicants must include position/reference number and institution on their application.

● Candidates requiring additional information about an advertised position should direct their questions to the person listed as the inquiry for the position applied for.

● Applications should be submitted to the ministry on time, as applications received after the closing date and time listed below will generally not be accepted. Applications sent by fax and e-mail will not be accepted.

● Candidates must be available for selection interviews at a date, time and place determined by the department.

● The Department reserves the right not to apply and correspondence will be limited to shortlisted candidates.

● All appointments will be subject to positive score checks as well as clearance and security review.

NOTE. Students who have previously participated in a Public Service apprenticeship program will not be considered.
