Aim and objectives
Apprenticeship is a workplace learning program that leads to a National Certificate in Call Center Support.
The program helps students prepare
in the workplace and promotes access to greater employment opportunities in the contact center environment.

The owner will be responsible for:
Behave as employees of the Clicks group in accordance with the values of the company
Attend classroom activities and on-the-job training, as well as complete learning-related tasks.
Gain knowledge of company products, policies and procedures to carry out on-the-job training activities.
Compile an evidence file to send to SETA
Comprehensive logbooks for on-the-job learning
Achieve the required level in formative and summative evaluations.
Demonstrate a commitment to working in the contact center environment.
Demonstrate skills in the use of company systems.
Demonstrate an understanding of business processes.
Minimum requirements
Terms:
•Grade 12 completed
•English
•Mathematics / Mathematics (preferred)
•Computer skills in the MS Office suite
•Unemployed can join the program for 14 months
•South African citizens aged 18 to 35
