1.Meeting the soft skills and financial literacy training needs of individuals through skills assessment and goal-oriented training;
2.Retain new and current students through multi-level training;
Adjust our training courses as needed based on clear outcomes and objectives;
3.Evaluate learners before training and re-evaluate learners after training ends to record improvements;
provision of access to online training;
4.Provide specialized consulting services designed to optimize business processes;
5.Develop our own staff through skills development programs and ongoing proficiency level assessments;
6.Maintain financial balance by delivering excellent value to our customers and a fair return to our shareholders.

Closing Date : Not applicable 

 

Each person will be registered as soon as their apprenticeship contract is registered with SETA. There is therefore no closing date. We will start new sessions every month.

 

Entry requirements

 

The minimum requirement for most courses is a certificate in English and mathematics. Some management courses may require prior work experience.
